Open Access and Licensing Policy
The Macedonian Journal of Anaesthesia (MJA) is an open-access journal.
All articles are freely available online immediately upon publication and can be read, downloaded, copied, distributed, and used for any lawful purpose without subscription or access charges.
All articles in MJA are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.
Article Processing Charges (APC)
Authors submitting manuscripts to MJA are required to pay an article processing fee of 50 EUR, payable in Macedonian denars (MKD) according to the official exchange rate at the time of payment.
The fee is charged only after the manuscript has been accepted and does not influence the editorial or peer-review decision.
There are no fees for readers to access or download the full text of the articles.
